Responsibilities:
- Assist in the project initiation process and project scoping.
- Requirements gathering and analysis.
- Project planning, executing, monitoring & controlling and closing.
- Meet cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
- Assure quality solution by developing and completing test plans, maintaining project and technical documentation.
- Provide project status reports.
- Close follow ups with all the work stream owners and external dependencies.
Responsibilities:
- Profile validation testing.
- Personalization validation testing.
- Understand customer’s operational requirements and ensure the implementation of effective solutions in the production department by:
- Testing the technical implementations done to ensure minimal manual interventions in the operations process.
- Creating process flows and procedures for the operations team.
- Ensuring the understanding as well as willingness to follow the processes defined for the operations team.
- Manage the testing projects with the QA team and monitor performance.
- Create testing project reports, resource utilization reports, sign off documents and set up weekly meetings with the reporting manager.
Responsibilities:
- Gather project requirements and analyze the same to define test cases.
- Execute test cases and circulate test reports along with test monitoring dashboards to test lead and test managers.
- Defect logging and tracking.
- Regression suite enhancement.
- System integration testing, regression testing and UAT support.
First Class with Distinction in Bachelor's degree (Information Technology).
