Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet. Supervise and train other clerical staff. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make
a sale. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails. Gathering market and customer information. Responding to incoming mails and phone enquires. 
