evaluations, negotiations, recommendation for award, and subcontract execution.
• Prepare RFQs, bid tabulations, commercial evaluations, contract agreements, purchase orders, and
management reports.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Procurement QC,
Planning, Cost Control, and Finance teams to ensure timely subcontract awards and material
procurement.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco procurement procedures, engineering standards, and
project-specific requirements such as pre-qualifications, SAP ERP, 9COMS, RFQ, MR, TBE, SAVID,
SAPMT, SAMSS, SAES, SAEP, and NMR 601/602/603 and Spare Parts list standards.
• Review IFC drawings, project BOQs, scopes of work, project contracts, and technical packages to
support procurement and subcontracting decisions.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, productivity, safety compliance, and contractual
obligations to ensure project schedule adherence.
• Manage subcontract variations, commercial clarifications, payment certifications, claims mitigation,
and contract closeout activities.
• Negotiate competitive commercial terms resulting in measurable cost savings and improved project
profitability.
• Support management through procurement analytics, KPI reporting, risk assessments, and supply
chain performance monitoring.

• Managed MEP materials, warehouse operations, inventory forecasting, and quality inspections for
the 75-story CMA Tower at KAFD, ensuring material availability and uninterrupted project
execution.

• Managed procurement lifecycle for MEP building infrastructure across KSU projects.
