-Coordinate closely with Project and Senior Managers for requirements gathering and technical
interviews/feedbacks.
- Prepare job descriptions, update and confirm duties and requirements with Managers.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for job posting on relevant job boards (Internal Website, LinkedIn etc.)
- Coordinate with the HR team in Argentina for hiring follow up and positions status.
- Handle the full recruitment process of senior level positions for the Lebanon branch to work with international clients (in France, USA, GCC, etc.) and ensure an accurate profile evaluation and candidate selection.
- Take full ownership of the Headhunting process for critical positions.
- Ensure a good employer branding by building and maintaining a professional relationship with active and passive candidates.
- Follow up closely with current and potential candidates for feedback and application status update during the
whole recruitment process.
- Negotiate with selected candidates their employment contracts and offered salaries.
- Maintain and frequently update candidate’s records on the company’s HRIS.
- Act as the focal point of contact for all hiring related inquiries and assist all employees (more than 300) in all their concerns.
Assist in all HR activities within the company such as :
- Recruitment & Interviewing: identification of recruitment needs, analysis of requirements, sourcing,
attracting, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Onboarding and offboarding.
- Performance Appraisals and development plans.
- Compensation & Benefits.
- Manage the implementation of new HRM system : People 365
- Handle employees’ contracts, payment rules, and work structure on payroll system.
- Handle the recruitment process of Grade 1 and 2
- Handle the Performance Appraisal process
- Update the Job Descriptions regularly
- Issue and implement employees’ training plan
- Edit and update the HR manual and the policies & procedures
- Participate in the preparation of official reports such as BBR, STC (BDL circular # 103)
- Handle the internship program
- Manage the employee’s medical insurance and NSSF coverage
