As Human Resource manager i do the following:

I direct personnel training and labour relations activities.

Advise managers on organizational policy matters.

I conduct orientations to foster positive attitudes towards organizational objectives.

Identify staff vacancies and recruits, interview and select applicants.

I serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related issues.
