• Development of design brief, Tender and Competition Documents.
• Preparing of in-house designs when required
• Provide technical expertise on all architectural subject matter pertaining to the design.
• Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Engineering deliverables developed by Consultants and contractors
• Monitor the review of all architectural documents issued during the various design stages; providing necessary input and ensure that all comments have been incorporated
• Provide Project design input and comments in team meetings/Worshops and formulates solutions
• Provide support in establishing scope of service and appropriate budgets for services by Project Architect, Project Designer and other design professionals.
• Review the design concepts and drawings for the Project and provide feedback, design suggestions and alternatives to assist in meeting the Project goals
• Present Project design to Senior Management (individually or in groups) to secure the necessary approvals
• Communicate to the Project Consultant Team overall goals for the Project including the program, aesthetics, budget and schedule.
• Participate in continual Value Engineering sessions to assure the overall design goals are met
• Co-ordinate and interface with other Technical Departments, contractors, consultants, key project stakeholders, Design Team, third party specialist designers and end users to resolve technical issues and ensure design quality.
• Guarantee that design meets end user’s expectations and requirements
• Create, develop and implement project design concepts.
• Assure that project needs are satisfied by effectively managing the design process.
• Provide design guideline to the members of design team and other consultants.
• Co-ordination and liaison with other discipline members of the Project Management Team throughout the duration of the projects

• Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, colour, equipment, estimated costs and construction time.
• Prepare paper sketch concept design options of high end for review and submission to clients.
• Plan layout of project and integrate engineering elements to translate approved concept designs into scaled designs using computer-assisted design software and equipment.
• Allocate work and supervise output of assistant architects / designers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.

• Managing Partner and Principal Architect in charge of an architectural and engineering practice with up to eight personnel. Responsible for the winning of all projects, the design, design development, specifications and working drawings and site supervision on all projects. Management of all staff and training. Tendering of all projects and office administration. Administration and Site Inspection/ Site Supervision of all site contracts through to completion. Responsible for fee invoicing and all client liaison matters from inception to completion of each project
• Responsible for leading a multi-discipline design team and managing projects at all phases, starting from the design idea to the implementation including coordination with other entities such as sub-consultants, client representative etc.
• Manage the design deliverables in accordance with construction requirements and Client’s expectations
• Representing the office in all coordination meetings
• Negotiating all contracts with clients
