Coordinate with agencies and Universities on the required recruitment plans, campaigns and budget.
Develop and update employee handbook.
Develop and update the company’s Policies and Procedures.
NSSF and Income Tax calculation
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly HR Reports
Prepare company related studies and provisions
Administer and update the candidates’ database.
Consolidate the recruitment requests and ensure compliance with budget.
Prepare and update pre-recruitment tests.
Hiring Process: Selection & screening of CVs, pre-Recruitment-Tests, Interviews
Follow-up new employees during probation period, including induction program and evaluation, feedbacks…
Manage the onboarding & internship process.
Plan and coordinates projects related to the Human Resources Division, outings, special occasions, gatherings, Job Fairs, Open Recruitment Days
Manage the implementation of the HRIS project
Assist in designing benefit scheme including bonuses, incentive, insurance, transportation, housing…
Contribution in the Issuing of the monthly Payroll
Managing a whole team work
Responsible of all the recruitment and firing processes
