2. control all Bank and Monetary activities of the Hotel
3. confirm the authenticity of all expenditures
4. co-ordinate between Operator and Hotel owner on all financial matter
5. supervise and finalize all required financial reports including monthly statements and yearly reports
6. Control on budget for ensuring and reporting on any expenditure irregular or not provided in budget and notify Comptroller, if any.
7. maintain and adequate internal control system within the financial operation of the Hotel
8. maintain and supervise all matters relating to all kinds of Taxation and Excise matters of the Hotel
9. Coordinate and assist in the Auditing to all kinds of Taxation and Excise matters of the Hotel.
10. suggest top management from time to time on financial aspects
11. handle overall departmental personnel administration
12. Perform related duties and special project as assigned
13. To control the operation of Cost Control Credit, Budget and Income Audit, Accounts and Computer
14. introduce and develop systems and forms for meeting Department's requirement

1.Preparing and posting journal & Bank vouchers.
2.Handling all the Bank positions.
3.Handling general cashier with preparing and posting petty cash vouchers.
4.Preparing invoices and dispatching to companies.
5.Follow up the payments.
6.Receiving the invoices from the suppliers and checking with the L.P.O and D.O.
7.Printing statement of accounts for the suppliers and preparing the payment vouchers with posting in the system.
8.Processing Staff Salaries.
9.Making enter company reconciliation for 3 hotels
10.Making daily bank reconciliation in daily bases.
11.Making monthly Bank reconciliation for 3 hotels in 3 bank.
12.Preparing revenue reports.
13.Handling 3 hotels as IT in charge as an additional work ( from Jan 2011 - June 2011 )

1.Doing cost control for the products.
2.Making payroll for staff and management.
3.Making monthly P&L reports.
