As a member of the campaigns team, I conceptualise activities at a 360° level with synchronisation across 19 states and our global movement. We focus on raising issue-based awareness to enrich the lives of India’s most marginalised children, and lift our brand through targeted campaigns, strategic partnerships and engaging celebrities to create wider movements.

Executed our flagship campaign- #EveryLastChild and successfully conceptualised experimental campaigns like #TheInvisibles, #Move4Children, The Changemaker Series, #WhyTheGap, #KidsNot4Sale
Led the planning and execution of our Centenary celebrations including digital initiatives, fundraising, and advocacy under #TheRightStart (on Early childhood care and development)
On-boarded strategic partnerships like Street Child Cricket World Cup, Global Citizen Festival, Youth Ki Awaaz, Peppa Pig
On-boarded and Managed artists like Dia Mirza, Twinkle Khanna, Mithali Raj, Sourav Ganguly
Focus on wider engagement (digital) and deeper (on-ground) through programmes and advocacy campaigns for political buy-in
Repeatedly reached over 180 million and engaged 1.2 million (digitally) to enhance issue based awareness that led to policy level change with various ministries like MHRD and MWCD.
Led the Indian chapter of action/2015 - a global campaign organised by 2000 organisations from 160 countries- with a focus to build grassroots participation and public awareness on the adoption of the United Nations SDGs along with the Financing for Development and COP 21 conferences.

Engaged multiple Civil society organisations, political leaders, UN agencies and celebrities.
Focused on garnering public support to raise awareness on the SDGs across in 15 India states.
Launched a postcard campaign to the Prime Minister in 15 states, over 4L postal cards in 30 days
Conceptualised a digital campaign- #HeatIsOn- which reached out to over 30 million Indians.
Led the delivery of 1.5 mn physical mobilisations & a 6000 strong concert at the iconic Purana Quila
Developed the plan for #LightTheWay which was implemented across 100 countries during the UNGA.
Consulted the communications department to establish the brand and ethics of Nobel Prize-winning MSF, in India. My prime delivery was to leverage the power of storytelling to create compelling narratives that lead to brand awareness and the establishment of MSF in India. My work also supported the organisation's fundraising and recruitment objectives including raising $ 100, 000 through UnniCycles

MSF Who Cares?: Conceptualised and launched MSF’s flagship campaign ‘Who Cares?’ aimed at awareness/brand building both online and offline.
CycleforMSF: End-to-end management of a charity bicycle ride in Delhi to raise funds.
The MSF Festival: Successful execution of a 10-day festival with a photo exhibition, film screenings and a concert by Indian Ocean.
UnniCycles: Creation and completion of a pan India bicycle ride aimed at raising awareness and fundraising for MSF (global and India)

A part of the communications team for MSF India. I report directly to the Head of Communications and am responsible for the successful delivery of all the communication properties for MSF India. One of my main KRA’s is to provide end-to-end solutions for the communication initiatives of MSF India from conceptualization, budgeting, planning, coordination to execution and follow-up.
My career in the sports industry started with the Commonwealth Games followed by the Arab Games in Doha and the Inaugural Hockey India League in Ranchi. Through the above projects, I learned how to develop, manage and deliver end to end operations and logistics of major sporting events > 5000+ spectators.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
Commonwealth Games 2010
Maintained regular communication, feedback, and reporting of all 32 training and 17 competition venues comprising of over 180 staff and 250 volunteers.
Arab Games Doha 2011
As, the youngest venue manager of the tournament I oversaw the Chess venue and supported the Handball venue along with the opening and closing ceremonies. I acted as the SPOC for a team of over 30 representatives from different function areas
Hockey India League 2013
A member of the core team orchestrating the smooth, efficient & timely flow of the Hero Hockey India League (Inaugural edition in Ranchi) including semis and finals. (6000-7000 Spectators)
