• Strategic research into target markets (region, industry, etc).
• Ability to target and cherry pick the top delegates in the industry (Government & Private).
• Sub dividing the delegates in the same industry qualifying delegates according to their responsibilities and job titles.
• Planning a feasibility structure and implementation of general sales strategies to enable the team to complete the targets prior deadlines. Execute sale deadlines.
• Working closely with Production, Marketing and Sponsorship departments to ensure program success.
• Good track record of acquiring new customers and re-bookings.
• Travel flexibility upon project requirements.
• Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve targeted sales
• Work closely with Sales team to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes
• Identify and develop sources of potential clients
• Building and maintaining successful relationships with key clients
• Attending meetings, exhibitions and seminars
• Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism
• Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase
• Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication

• Creating, building & maintaining excellent relations with suppliers & vendors
• Organizing meetings, seminars, company anniversaries, and conferences
