 • Supervise & handling overall HR Department for 5 Companies: Auto Z Automotive Group, Naira International Group, PDC Tamween. Dr. Limousine & TMSHAYA.
• Responsible for Manpower, Recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance evaluation, counseling, employee conduct and disciplinary issues.
• Formulating, developing and implementing all HR strategies, policies, systems and procedures
• Developing and managing effective staff communication, and promoting excellent employee relations across the organization.
• Expertise in WPS (Wages Protection System)
• Dealing with the banks for opening an accounts for the staff and preparing the monthly payroll
• Supervises the payment of staff salaries and fringe benefits in line with Rules and Regulations
• Taking all the necessary actions to insure a high standard of services and quality
• Maintaining and updating employee’s records in personal files with confidentiality
• Responsible for the preparation of General Internal Memorandum
• Experienced in handling manpower strength of 1000 employees
• Having more than 6 years of progressive ‎experience in Human Resources field
• Responsible for preparing monthly reports such as CTC, Staff Provisions, Head Count, Manpower Statistics Addition/deletion for insurance, Estimated Vacation/Final Payment for upcoming month and also responsible for yearly budget report
