I'm Currently working in Al Amal Complex for Mental Health under Ministry of Heath as a staff nurse. I started to work last December of 2010 to present as a psychiatric nurse. I'm aware of the responsible of a nurse as a psychiatric. We identifies patients needs. Plans and implement care accordingly. Evaluates goals and objectives of care plans. Develops interpersonal and communication skills with patients. Assisits patient's therapeutics activity as directed by the treatment team. Ensure comfort and safety of patients all times. Welcome new patients to the ward and provides information of ward schedules and activities. And we encourage function of health and precaution of illness at all.
I work In Caraga Regional Hospital a Tertiary Goverment Hospital in Surigao City passed to 2 years. I was assiigned in OB-Gyne Ward, Pedia unit to Medical ward. Now I'm currently working in Al Amal Complex for Mental Health under Ministry of Health I started to work last December of 2010 till present as a psychiatric nurse.
