Now I'm working as a Deputation Engineer in Armstrong International India Limited.

Where I had worked with the followed Responsibilities.
Study Project Specifications / Standards and Process requirement.
Review the vendor drawings, calculations, procedures & specifications
Preparation of Mechanical Datasheet & Specification
Generate the Design calculation and Detailed Engineering of equipment with respect to different international codes.
Preparation of GA Drawing, Part drawing & Modelling as per Customer requirement.
Generate the production drawings by Auto CAD & solid works.
Provide the Technical Delivery conditions (TDC) for Raw material
Provide the raw material cutting plan
Update the mechanical data sheet and keep the track of changes to drawings.
Bill of Material (BOM) Preparation
Technical Bid Evaluation & discussions with supplier/ vendor
Extract the BOQ for Estimation.
Getting Drawing & Design approval from Any other design consultancy or Third Party’s like HSB, TUV-SUD & ABSG, etc..,
• Check / prepare Bill of Material and Commodity Data sheet as per drawings and calculations.
• Perform mechanical strength calculation in accordance with project specifications, standards and code
• Review and approve vendor documents, drawing and detail engineering of the equipment, interface control and timely management of all technical data.
• Develop the production drawing, 3 D modelling by Auto CAD & solid works
• Develop the Technical Delivery conditions (TDC) for Materials
• Provide the raw material cutting plan
• Preparation of Bill of Material
Estimation and cost development for assigned proposals.
• Attend Technical and Kick-off meetings with vendor and inter disciplines.
