exercise to identify areas of efficiencies within the organization and table them with the
leadership team to be able to land the impact

such as Commissioning Engineers (obtain Client approvals) and test Equipment’s,
vendor coordination & site coordination with Civil, MEP, Electrical, HSE and execution
• Accountable for managing project for High voltage and Low voltage substations.
Steering the Site team and responsible for the functions of installation and Testing
Engineers; preparing programme, resources schedule such as staffs, Technicians,
Labors, testing equipment and machineries.
• Prepared the commissioning progress reports to the project management and to the
commissioning department.
