On this bank and I was one of the officials and shall be responsible for the following processes: \n• Respond to customer inquiries in some of the bank’s products such as Personnel finance, Car finance, Home finance, credit card, Takaful Insurance…. \n• Deliver personalized service over the phone, email and in person. \n• Comprehensive customer complaint handling. \n• supporting business by a professional use of marketing technics \n• Reach the monthly business target, Average business total amount AED 2M / month \n• Identify cross selling opportunities while interacting with customers \n• Assist with customer transactions, using the customer service system T24. \n• Maintain records of balances and correct errors as and when needed
Senior personal finance adviser: \n Sales tracks: Role Profile Details: \nProactively invite customers to participate in our offers and bank products \nSuch as: \n• Operation of personal and business loans. \n• Customer service &after sales tracks: Role Profile Details \n• Supervise the accounts &credits receivable function. \n• Asses credit worthiness and allocate credit limits. \n• MIS reporting. \n• Enforce account opening and credit policies and ensure compliance. \n• Proactively identify customer issues &recommend solutions.
