1. Recruitment and Selection:
• Assess and Plan annual need of human resources.
• Manage recruitment programs and the hiring process.
• Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.
• Ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely.
2. Salary, Compensation and Benefit:
• Ensure salary, compensation and benefits are in line with Company policies and updated Government Regulations.
• To be in charge of payroll administration and all necessary co-ordination for a smooth and efficient operation (payroll, compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments).
3. Administrations:
• Review the HR handbook and processes on a regular basis.
• Manage the overall administrative functions as the policies and procedures of the organization.
• Manage administration, procurement, general services duties.
• Monitor timely update of personnel records.
• Solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration; effective communication between company & employees.
• Develop and revise policies, procedures of all functions.
