• Administrative management of the financial and accounting acts of the company;
• Monitoring of account movements with validation of payment orders, checks, and remittances to banks
• Cash management: weekly monitoring of the cash budget and its optimization
• Monitoring and control of the calculation of VAT with G50 declaration (VAT, IRG, TAP…);
• Negotiation of the CNAS debt with implementation of a schedule;

• Identifying accounts experiencing difficulties with proactive arrears management within the assigned portfolio;
• Formulating repayment strategies/loan restructuring/work-out arrangements in conjunction with clients for
problem cases, and following through to ensure successful implementation of the same;
• Preparing credit reports for presentation to credit committee and board.
• Complete a thorough, in-depth analysis of new credit requests, credit change requests, renewals and annual relationship reviews.
• Recommend risk ratings;
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries and opinions for lenders on new, renewal and existing loans;
• Report to the Risk Manager findings that may have an adverse effect on loan collateral or a borrower’s ability to repay the loan;
• Review loan files as needed to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with lending guidelines.
