Supervising operation for Food and Beverages Service.
To provide exceptional experience to guests to meet the needs and to provide good reputation of the Restaurant. Meet and exceed when it terms to service to make the customer feel at home. As by providing the Standard set of the Company, executing more effort that can beneficial both employer and employee.
• Reporting to Manager/supervisor on duty • Full hands-on in Food and beverages service in correct service sequence that are being implemented by the company. (Service Standard Procedure). • Ensuring the whole Restaurant environment will be clean and tidy and ready for the service time. • Checking and make requisitions for par-stock. Re-filling all stations prior in the service time. • Reset-up tables and chairs, checking for all reservations and special event, checking kitchen and bar for availability of the items that can be suggest to the customer.
• Over all in-charge in Food and Beverages Service. Monitoring sales of the day, monitor sales cashier report. Doing opening and closing procedures as by the Company implementation.
