- Understanding Design phases, discussion with the client requirements as well the true understanding on how the process of construction of any type of building were truly constructed.
- Execute of drawing new floor plans and re-draw old existing floor plan drawings, renovation works as well design approach suggestions to clients using sketches ranging from Residential (mid-rise, bungalow, semi-detached), Commercial and Industrial buildings.
- Makes physical building model for clients, commit 3D video renderings to gave final results of the client buildings. Renders image of house, commercial and industrial building final renders by using Lumion

- Commit site visits and surveys for any mishap or un-detailed rail fittings at the shipyard construction area. Records and photograph progress of ship construction.
- Comparing company detailed drawings archive to seek any old plans and making sure latest floor plan drawing and 3d renderings are meet to the shipyard requirements.
- Commit floor layout renovations, planning and drafting of new floor plan from the ground up to finalizing the submission .
- Handles the submission of building plans to the shipyard workers.
- Cooperate with team members for presentation of drawn building plans to the office managers for building plans critic session.
