Deputy Cabin Manager on wide body aircraft; all over in charge on narrow body aircraft; conducting pre-flight briefings; flight documentation; reports for the in-flight activity; responsible for aspects of in-flight safety and security; operating the in-flight entertainment system; conducting duty-free sales on board; supervise, manage and develop the performance of cabin crew; coach; conduct assessments of cabin crew performance; responsible for cabin crew to meet the standards of the company and the needs of customers; receive feed-back from customers and report to the company; on board announcements.

Attending pre-flight briefings and answering briefings questions; pre-flight equipment checks; security checks; galley and cabin equipment and cleanliness checks; meeting and greeting passengers, assisting them to their seats as required; assuring passengers follow safety and security procedures; in-flight service delivery to meet and exceed customers expectations; meal plating; galley management; conducting post flights security checks.
