Following of dormant accounts, their held and reactivating process
Reviewing reports of accounts with zero balances
Review of broken letter of credit asking for reasons
implementing new amendments on systems
implementing all parameters for Customer accounts and internal accounts
Verifying all customer, accounts with uncomplete data, clotured accounts, reactivated accounts
Payments cards, Customer demands, cancellations, codes
treasury bonds; interest rates, custodies, cancelled bonds
control of mail received and outward, records and fees in regard of the required mecanisme with proper mail system
Review of claims regarding proper mecanism of Customer claims studie and treatment
