Unit supervisor of a 40 ton industrial ice plant to include the operation, maintenance and repair of all industrial ice production, packaging and peripheral refrigeration equipment
Employee training in safety, facility security, sanitation, maintenance and production procedures
Supervise 2 direct hire and 42 sub-contract personnel in all aspects of industrial food service facility operations.
Compile and report production and distribution data to department manager and client/customer’s QAR
Warehousing, materials management and government property control
Develop internal and external standard operating procedures.
Develop S.I.W.I (Specific Internal Work Instructions) for each and every task and task performer.

Technical Inspector’s duties
• - Indentify, verify and classify items coming from the Iraq Theater of Operation and replenish the supply system. Utilized research tools available in order to properly classify in accordance with US Army Regulations such as: Technical Manuals, ETM’s, FEDLOG, Technical Bulletins, MWO’s, LOGSA,
• Technical Inspector experience and Personal Specialized Equipment Knowledge, AKO, Commercial Equipment Manufacturers, AMC, TACOM, AMCOM, CECOM, PAM, any historical documental references that aid in making an informed decision of condition of an item. Conducted inspections to meet US Army 10, 20, 30 Standards and Mission Capabilities Guidelines.
• Act as liaison between the customer, vendor and Subcontracting Official; ensuring delivery of required services and products, the right way, the first time.
Work as part of the Engineering team in executing maintenance strategy through Best practice Maintenance techniques, equipment manufactures specifications and procedures in conformity to JO/SOP and safety regulations.
Responsible for supervision and coordination of mechanical maintenance team and contractors.
Supporting daily activity ensuring that all works are completed in a safe and timely manner.
Responsibility for all diagnoses, condition monitoring, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance .
Setting up of planning of maintenance activity.
Reduction of plant down time through well planned maintenance strategy.
Ensure safety devices are in place and functioning.
Ensure all team fallow safe work practices and procedures.
Training JO & contractor staff on safety and maintenance procedures, equipment specification and operation.
Responsible for supervision and coordination of mechanical maintenance team and contractors.
