• To portray a courteous, professional and efficient way to welcome and seat guests at all times, following Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates’ and Sezzam Dining’s Standards Operating Procedures (S.O.P.’s).

• To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned.
• To ensure that the working area and station are stocked with “mise-en-place” and kept clean and tidy at all times.
• To make table reservations and thereby effectively control and maximize the flow of guests.
