In ERA I gained experience in personnel through working on the attendance, revising the policy and send it to the employees, hiring and resignation process, sending the social insurance forms 1, 2, and 6, interviewing candidates applying for positions in the organization, work with developer on establishing an HR system for the company and communicating with the social insurance company.
During working with ERA I achieved sitting rules for submitting vacation requests, attendance policy, dress code, hiring process and working on HR system and starting the pilot phase for it.
Translate articles and reports considered of interest to the mission;
Prepare the headlines every morning and send it out before 10:00AM to the program staff and prepare a longer media briefing on the relevant news to be sent to program staff by the end of the day.
Manage master database of mission contacts
Manage meeting requests and ensure they are logged in the shared calendar
Provide logistical support for the training.
Prepare and write reports on political parties attending the training.
Represent Perludem at the official event (Training)
I’m serving as freelance soft skills trainer in EDU Egypt Project in the ITI, ( EDU Egypt is a project of senior students in the Egyptian university around the country which prepare them to find a job in the business process outsourcing industry) I started in May 2012 for 2 month TOT training, then I delivered my first training in July 2012 for seniors student in faculty of commerce AinShams university, I deliver soft skills training, basic PC skills, Analytical skills and help the student practice the aptitude tests. I also trained seniors of faculty of Alsun and pharmacy in Cairo and Helwan university
During working in EDU Egypt project i was a trainer for three graduated batches, 70% of my trainees are working now in the BPO industry.

Attending HR mangment course in yat learning center . the course will be finished on 20th of December, and the exam will be in May 2011, this course is certified by University Of Cambridge.
