Provide Program management and support to the organization’s curriculum planning and implementation and Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI.
Utilize learning platforms such as LMS to support e-learning and instructor-led training activity planning and implementation.
Coordinate delivery of synchronous organizational programming, including support of programs through partner institutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts, business process owners, and facilitators throughout the company and continues to expand upon that network.
Conduct Technical cement work for all employees in the organization and making promotion and transfer decisions
Assist in the development of training procedures, templates, forms, manuals and web pages and ensures compliance with overall corporate policies and standard procedures.
Undertake increasingly complex assignments to support all areas of the global training program including needs assessments, design, delivery, and evaluation.
