1) supervised a team of production control engineers through out maintenance work packages upto heavy cheacks at different JATE A/C fleet (e.g 737-300/400/500 & 767-200, A320, A310, A330).

2) attend frequent meetings regarding maintenance project progress, also to advise and work with the Planning & Integration Manager to ensure that goals, objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) of all assigned programs/projects are accomplished within scope, schedule, cost and quality parameters, and in accordance with contractual obligations.

• Evaluating work pack scope.
• Scheduling A/C maintenance visit according to available resources.
• Controlling material by coordinating with purchase and logistic department.
• Working on ERP system (RUSADA SYSTEM) that interfaces all MRO departments
• Leading production control staff and motivate them to do their task at high performance.
• Preparation of HGR A/C inputs schedules and coordinate with the project manager for initial preparation.
• Evaluating work pack scope prior A/C input.
• Ensuring availability of material, tools, manpower, and updated manuals prior A/C input.
• Distribution of work pack into groups according to skill and areas and Schedule jobs based on priority; Resource Availability; Hangar Space….etc.
• Review daily production reports, and analyze causes for any deviation.
• Ensure optimum usage of consumables & tools, and eliminate wastages.
• Follow-up with all maintenance departments and shops in order to keep the maintenance process on track
Within the budget time and cost constraints and report operation manager for any task delay in schedule.
• Attend frequent management meetings related to current A/C’s input status.
• Coordination with material, logistic, and purchasing departments for materials and components ordered
