Projects:

* Currently, managing Jubail university projects with a total value of
3 billion Saudi Riyals (SAR).
*Monitor and enforce the implementation of contractor and
subcontractor Quality and ES&H Programs.
* Lead projects meetings and review progress, quality, safety and
costs, As-built, technical queries, cash flows, invoices on project
reports, material submittals and design documents.
* Conduct interviews with candidates for open jobs.
* Mange and lead coordination between contractors and third
parties, i.e., SEC, MARAFIQ or other public or private agencies.
* Participate in initial and final acceptance processes.
* Lead engineering design and packages reviews for constructability
issues and lessons learned.
* Proven ability to use Earned Value Management (EVM) to control
and improve project budget and schedule performance, manage
risks, and make informed decisions.
* Change Management process including TQ, FCD, DCN and change
orders.

I was Saudi Aramco project management Team (PMT) with RSAL Company and I have successfully delivered several Saudi Aramco projects: Abqaiq GOSP (Gas Oil Separation Plant)-5 & 6 Control System Upgrade for SAPD/ ABQAIQ Plants Projects Division, Haradh GOSP-3, Haradh AL Crude Increment III Pipeline and Qatif GOSP-2.
