In my present capacity, I am accountable for handling the corporatization of the airport/ Dammam airport, created long airport strategies (20 years)/ Dammam Airports Company; step in forward of DACO and achieved a sustained and challenged vision. I lead the development and implementation of the strategic planning and reporting framework, direct implementation of corporate planning processes for the organization, and facilitate the preparation of divisional and branch plans which align with the corporate plan.
The role of my job profile includes:
• Drive strategic initiatives, and support the development of plans and profitability goals. Analyze and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities; analyze and recommend emerging industry trends
• Worked on Project Cost Reduction and set plan to find out the projects/ processes that may consumed much without any adding particular or optimum any value; reduced/ eliminated consumption. Managed all term and condition
• Controlled Airport Transformation and managed & coordinated all assignments tasks required as well as action plan for better and smooth corporatization of the airport from government to private sector
Moreover, I monitored teams in the development of cutting-edge solutions; mentored and trained members to enable them to perform effectively. I also ensure skills enhancement and development of every individual in the team by providing direction, motivation and training to team.
At King Fahd International Airport, I evaluated, selected, implemented and continually improved an effective planning system for routine use in the Operations team. I drove visible performance management; used KPI’s to track progress, monitored actual performance versus plan promoting awareness to drive improvement.
Moreover, I managed departments and set goals and objectives, which aligned with airport vision and strategic objectives; launched suitable KPI's for each objective. I also discovered strengths and weaknesses of the operational points and prepared reports; set closer to customers based on latest programs of measuring customer perceptions.

Direct all type of non-medical services provide to the hospital through the contractors and managing them according to the clear procedures and follow the contractual conditions. also, prepare periodic report for any shortfall on the services.
