• Managing Microsoft Infrastructure including Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange Server, PKI, SCCM, SCOM.
• Responsible for Nutanix HCI and VMware Infrastructure with daily operations including virtual servers creation, patching servers, backup, monitoring, health check.
• Project and technical management of IT Infrastructure division.
• Upgrading Microsoft Servers Infrastructure including (Active Directory, Exchange, Skybe for Business, SCCM, SCOM, PKI).
• Managing and administrating the F5 LTM (local Traffic Management), F5 Access Policy Manager (APM) and F5 GTM ( Global Traffic Management ).
• Managing and Administration of Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Azure Information Protection.
• Managing and Administration of Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Traffic Control and Reporting.
• Implementing WAN Optimization solution to accelerate applications and optimize network communications.
• Managing and Administration of Alinma Wireless Infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and solving network and Microsoft systems issues in branches and head office.
