As Performance Manager, I am responsible for
Facilitate the development of strategy at different levels of the organization
Change most of the work procedures for the management, sales, operation, and HR
Create and manage Balanced Scorecard for Abdal cascaded to the departmental level.
Facilitate the building of strategy maps at different levels.
Establish continues performance process and suggest performance improvement measures.
Suggest key performance indicators at both strategic and operational levels.

Plans, creates, executes and monitors construction project operational plans.
