My main responsibilities include the following duties.
1- Documenting the Business Requirement Document to get a better understanding of client's business processes of the projects using the agile methodology.
2- Writing detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and reviewing with the development teams

5- Performed GAP analysis of existing system and evaluated benefits of new system.
6- Validated technical designs created by IT developers against functional specifications.

My main responsibilities include the following duties but not limited to
National payment system (RTGS).
1- Administrator of the National Payment System (RTGS)(BURAQ) in Palestine
2- Good experience in the RTGS and its functions.
3- Worked with the payment system team on the Implementation of the RTGS in Palestine.
4- Responsible to ensure that the system operations are carried out smoothly on daily basis and all issues are resolved in an extremely timely and efficient manner
5- Ensure a safe, secure and efficient National Payment System in accordance to applicable national laws as well as the systems' rules and procedures.
6- Monitoring the activity and reports of daily transactions, troubleshooting system problems; acting as an interface with other divisions of the central bank
7- Dealing with all client queries received by the central banks
8- Good knowledge in swift messages, also ISO standards
9- Perform different type of testing, regular, upgrading version, new releases.
10- Provide the necessary training for the member banks and employees.
11- developing all business rules, internal procedures, pricing policy and member agreements in collaboration with the team
