Providing project management consultancy services to given customers per need, and here is a brief about the projects I have worked on :
- CoE (Colleges of Excellence): Program management services.
- MOJ (Ministry of Justice): Initiatives design and management, and all IMO tasks related to 2030 Vision. (Current Project)
- SWCC (Saline Water Conversion Corporate): EPMO Manager
- MCS, Shared Services Program: Managing and administering all PMO tasks of the Government Shared Services study phase project
- MCS NTP Lab: Was one of MCS team members of its lab in the National Transformation Program to coordinate the work and develop the detailed plans for assigned initiatives, and also participated in Human and Financial resources forecasting
- MCS, Health & Education Strategy: Played a consultancy role as an advisor, including researches, coordination between involved firms (MCS, MOE, MOH, MLSD), Reporting, and strategy draft development.
- MCS, KSHR Program: planed and managed the implementation of the pre-initiation / initiation phase to insure setting the right platform, guidelines, and other basic requirements prior to the program execution kick off.
•Managing and Directing the IT Department works and responsibilities at the ERM project.
•Processing Gap Analysis to cover all IT pending works per scope.
•Addressing stakeholders concerns to prioritize tasks, and gain faster customer satisfaction prior to project final acceptance and closure.
•Assessing the existing team capabilities, and analyzing the subcontractors' proposals, for Make-or-Buy Decisions.
•Providing a detailed plan with a low level WBS based on the tight budget and time constraints.
•Supervising the implementation work and the daily support duties of the "manpower ongoing services".
•Assessing customer satisfaction and addressing their concerns on weekly basis to make sure things are on the right track.
•Managing vendors for maintaining support agreements.
•Reporting the department performance to the PMO and upper management.

- Play a pivotal role to channel communications for 3 projects representing the Program Manager.
- Handling the day to day activities of the project planning and administration.

- Facilitate billing schedules, including invoice dependencies and ensuring to-do lists to avoid invoicing delays.
- Guide and mentor the team on the latest technology updates.
- Key out project risks by creating risk log and persist in updating.
- Administer and maintain customer relationship and their expectations, and resolve the client issues successfully.
- Orchestrate subcontractors work and performance, and follow up with the suppliers.
- Hold multifaceted responsibilities like providing technical advice throughout Networking/IT infrastructure works, status reports to the program manager and top functional managers.
- Directed the professional services team and reported to the PMO Manager & Chief Operations Officer.
- Orchestrated the entire project operations by providing resources to the projects and successfully, resolved customer queries.
- Monitor financial terms and status of all the concerned projects.
- Channeled the audit process of the required documents for project initiation.
- Fostered technical design assurance services and mitigating of project risks.
- Chaired the team’s internal adoption of project tracking and CRM system.
