- Coordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetables.
- Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis.
- Direct staff in the development, and preparation of reports.

- Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure (domain controller, mail server, applications).
- Maintaining connectivity between branches with help of Kuwait IT Network operations).
- Other duties as assigned.
