Prepare business development studies for potential projects of all types, whether in building construction, industrial, oil & gas, infrastructure, waste water, and energy & power.
Evaluate and assess the most viable business opportunities for meeting profitability targets, both medium and long term, and present finding at corporate level. Review tenders and summary of bids. Implement agreements and contracts. Examine risks and potentials. Reports on KPIs to management
Managing the Mechanical and Electrical disciplines for the group. Involved in value engineering, procurement, contracts’ preparation, project planning, payments and cash flows, and business development studies for potential projects of all types, whether in building construction, industrial, oil & gas, infrastructure, waste water, and energy & power.
Managing the engineering and procurement department at the head office. Responsibilities include the control of engineering activities in the areas of operation (KSA, Qatar, & UAE), and handling of international procurement of major equipment for sites.
Managing the proposal and project development portfolio; perform negotiations of company agreements and MOU’s, manage proposal discipline technical and commercial activities, feasibility studies, presentations, business plan, determination of project capital structure and capital requirements, appointment and follow-up on project execution team and procurement practice from placing the order till delivery to site.
