4- Vehicles & Equipments Department; 45 Cars, 12 Concrete Pumps, 5 Buses, 150 Transit Mixers, 5 Trucks, 8 Wheel Loaders, 5 Mobile Cranes, 3 Batching Plants, 8 Ice Plants, 3 Aggregate Washers and 14 Caterpillar Electricity Generators for 3 Patching Plants:-
a) Managed Sourcing for vehicles & Equipments from budgeting to operation of them.
b) Selecting suitable vehicles & equipments like Transit Mixers, Concrete Pumps…etc.
c) Tailoring a complete agreement(s) with suppliers for the same.
d) Managed Registration & Licensing for them
e) Managed the processes & Procedures for running these vehicles & equipments as well as documentation and document control system.

 New factory to Fabricate Reinforcement Steel Bars; Rebar Cut & Bend business; 18, 000 ton/month capacity for all production lines (Cold rolling, straightening, C&B, Welded Wire Mesh, stirrups, spirals, cages, piles, etc.)
 New aggregate crusher plant; 2, 000 m3/day production capacity of 3/8”, ½” & ¾” sizes.
 New Ready-mix Concrete Batching Plant; 2 Batching Plants each of 120 m3/h capacity, I provided the study & the “know-how” to establish & setup this readymix concrete batching plant, with all sourcing & budgeting for their operations in Riyadh.
 New Fusion Boded Epoxy Coating Plant for the reinforcement steel bars; 3, 000 ton/month production capacity of straight rebars and 1, 000 ton/m for cut & bend of the FBECRs. I provided detailed study, Analysis, Budgeting, sourcing, procurement, execution plan and application for industrial license to establish & setup this factory in Jeddah/Yanbu.
