I have been assigned as an English teacher at a primary school. I am trying to help students form a positive impression of foreign languages. When children are exposed to a foreign language from a very young age, they tend to view the language positively and learning another language becomes something they are very comfortable with. However, if you force a young child to speak a second language even when they are resisting, you run the risk of creating a negative impression of that language.

I was assigned as the manager of CRM ( customer relations department)
My scope of work: 1. Dealing with all types of costumers and satisfy them.
2. Establishing a good long-term relationship with customers.
3. special prices and preferential treatment for v.i.p. customers.
4. How to beat the competitors in the market by attracting more customers
I have been promoted 2 times for expanding the customer base which increased the profits 22%.
C. (September 2002 - April 2007)

I was working as a general supervisor at the construction sites and a coordinator between the main office and the construction sites working along with construction workers on site dealing with problems such as: 1. Follow up and emphasize implementation of the civil engineer's instructions on the construction site.
2. Convergence of views: to make the owner, workers and engineer share the same point of view.
3. Mobilization: responsible of organizing the flow of work between the different construction sites.
4. Construction material selection:to make sure of selecting and buying the appropriate standard and economic construction material.
5. Solving any problems that face the construction workers
SKILLS AND ACTIVITIES
• Excellent in the English language (oral (speaking fluently) / writing) I was in America for eight years
• Excellent Arabic/English typing skills.
• Working on PMP courses to be certified.
• A good user for Internet and many computer Programs. (Microsoft office)
• Good team member in a work team with high communications skills with others.
• I have passed the exams of the National center for assessment in higher education with good marks, exams are attached below • I have passed STEP (standardized test of English proficiency) scoring:85. Equivalent to 610 TOEFL.
