- Performing Pre-Sales duties including presenting, discussing, building solutions as well as writing proposals
- Implementing and troubleshooting security and infrastructure solutions for SMB and Enterprise customers including Symantec Solutions (Protection Suite, Data Loss Prevention, Enterprise Vault, Backup Exec) and Microsoft Solutions (TMG and Hyper V), as well as other security solution provided
- Install and configure web security solutions, malwares defenses as well as endpoint security
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by carrying out checkup visits on a regular basis
- Provide Health Check for customers environment including security and infrastructure systems
- Continuously evaluating latest versions of current solutions using Virtual Labs
- Delivering training to the customers after implementing solutions
- Performing basic Project Management tasks for my projects
- Manage and Lead a team of 4 technicians and 2 web developers to implement the network and the infrastructure for the company
- Troubleshoot infrastructure systems including AD, Exchange 2007 and TrendMicro Antivirus, etc…
- Control network equipment and services including 3Com Core and Edge switches, DHCP, DNS, etc…
- Network security including Microsoft ISA 2006 and Cisco ASA
- Control and manage 3Com NBX IP Telephony
- Working in Support Department of an Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Provide internet connections as well as computer and network services to customers ranging from individual End-users, Internet Cafes and up to Enterprises and Corporate
- Support and administer network and mailing system for sister companies
- Install and configure Cisco routers, Windows 2003, ISA 2004 and Exchange 2003
- Outdoor Support Technician providing remote and onsite support to internet customer
- Control Billing System to generate and cancel internet prepaid cards, as well as creating packages and plans and generating reports
- Customer care service for internet customers
