Al Rubaiyat Group is one of Bin Zaqar groups that is managing different companies in different sectors, like: BEAUTY Co. (Cosmetics & skin care products), Prestige Co. (Food & Beverage - Restaurants: WAGAMAMA, Zaroob), Sarawat Co. (Supermarkets), Basateen Co. (Food manufacturing - Mazola oil)
Main Duties:
• Prepare and Develop the comprehensive guide of training policies & procedures
• Prepare and design the work flow and processes of training, including all required forms
• Identifying training and development needs within the company in accordance with the job description & employee appraisals
• Compiles the annual training plan and monthly training calendar which outlines and supports the training requirements for the forthcoming year
• Provides training statistics report on a monthly basis
• Plans, develops and delivers appropriate training programs
• Create a training contents & Prepare a professional training kits (included trainee’s manuals, activities & exercises, power point presentations, trainer’s manual)
• Reviews and evaluates training delivery materials
• Estimate the possible cost of training and manage it in accordance with the budget, keeping in mind return on investments ( ROI )
• Prepare the annual estimated training budget
• Hire and train training staff (Train The Trainers )
• Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
• Coordinating with external training bodies to conduct training courses for the company staff
Additional Responsibilities:
I created, developed and managing the mystery shopping program in the group with internal resource that is achieving more than 150, 000 SAR annual saving to my company comparing with an outsource Service providers .
I recruited mystery shoppers and create a network of agents, I trained them to be able to evaluate and assess the service and product quality in our stores & restaurants according to our service standards using the forms & documents that I create and designed
I am managing also the customer satisfaction program , I developed an online Customer feedback forms and create QRs that our quest scan it to fill his feedback . I analyze the responds and calculating the net promoter score ( NPS) and another statistics and submit it to the top management on a monthly and weekly basis to help and assist top management, OPS managers , Marketing and training manager to put the plan for improvement and to take the right decisions

• Project manager of HR-Base Project which aim to re-structure the HR Dept.( Org structure, Job descriptions, competencies , salary scale )
Determine the training needs in coordination with area manager and location managers
