Conduct procurement planning and demand analysis in collaboration with various departments. Control supply process through tender bids, letters of credit, or wire transfer utilising RFIs, RFPs, Public Tenders, and Direct Purchasing. Implement technical examining quotations and agreements founded on Best Value and Total Cost of Ownership analysis.
Oversee drafting of contracts and following up of operation.
Utilise ERP systems to manage maintenance bonds, performance bonds, bid bonds, and bank guarantees control.
Deliver training to new Buyers/Sub-Contract Administrators pertaining procurement processes and cost analysis.
Manage files in alignment with company procedures and policies.
Supervise warehouse operations including inventory control and stock maintenance.
Foster and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.

• Performed price analysis on vendor quotes and services to determine efficient and economical suppliers, in addition to delivery scheduling to save storage cost, resulting 20-30% savings.
• Executed ongoing risk assessments process and initiated PR production until payment release.
• Negotiated favorable terms and conditions considering quality, price, and delivery.
• Aided business functions in troubleshooting, conducting research, and implementing solutions to issues relating to business requirements.
