It is unique business model for customer satisfaction through dealing with both two customers, one is internal ( principals), the other is our target who is the external customer, in our case the hospitals, polyclinics, retail pharmacies, chain pharmacies, wholesalers, the main job is sales and collection, I am leading a staff of 17 employee, 12 of them Saudi with so many positions, the others are non Saudi, we are doing account reconciliation on monthly basis, analyzing our sales monthly to achieve our budgets through hitting areas of improvement, doing people development as one of corporate strategies and priorities to achieve company success
Setting targets, achieving company goals through managing 3 supervisors with 3 pharmaceutical lines with 15 medical representatives, then analyzing sales to get the best and healthy situation through OGSM thinking, using horizontal and vertical business development
dealing with key customer like Nahdi pharmacies and united pharmacies to close the promotional deals for the main brand of UGHI, leading steam of merchandisers as well as sales team, area of control western and southern area
