Job responsibilities include:
- Assist in the Prequalification process of Contractors/Consultants/FM Providers including introduction, collection and assessment of Prequalification documents.
- Management of the Tender Process from Expression of Interest, Secrecy Undertakings, compilation of Tender Packages, Instructions to Tenderers, Negotiations, To Awarding.
- Constant development of the Tender Process to make sure it is in line with the market conditions, requirements and particulars.
- Support to other Departments pertaining to Contractual conditions, obligations and stipulations pertaining to existing contracts between Emaar and other Parties.
- Intermittent support to the Procurement Team in their daily tasks with respect to purchasing of goods and services.
- Supervision of Salesmen performances and customer care.
- Carry out a bi-weekly store inventory.
- Scheduled styling duties of store mannequins.
Management of in-house operations
- Receive and register customers' orders.
- Final handling of food & beverage order.
- Receive and register customers' complaints.
- Engage walk-in customers.
- Attend to the bar machines including the Eespresso machine, the Frappuccino machines, the orange juice machine and relevant refrigerators.
- Scheduled cleaning duties of floors, toilets, service trays and customer tables.
