Prepare tender documents, writing reports and proposal
• Bill of quantities estimator.
• Support other project managers and directors within the business and across the wider
market
• Monitor the progress of projects from beginning to end
• Administer contracts and ensure that work is completed to deadline
• Use computer simulations to analyse
Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of all fire protection and alarm systems.
• Attend to any fire related emergencies.
• Install and maintain all materials associated with fire alarm, sprinkler systems and fire
hydrants.
• Install and maintain all materials associated with security alarm systems.
Generate sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
Manage large amount of incoming calls
• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
• Research required information using available resources
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter new customer information into system
• Update existing customer information
• Process orders, forms and applications
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Complete call logs
• Produce call reports
