I was the Project Manager of the expansion plans of the organization. The role includes from site negotiation, lease management, project build-out and eventually to the timely delivery of space to operations group.
I was also resposible for setting up the policies and procedures of Purchasing and Company Security Manual.
Vendor Management is also under my care such as housekeeping, security, messengers, pest control, copiers, etc.
Coordination with government agencies was also under Administration Department and ensured the compliance in securing the necessary permits.
