Managed the maintenance of 12 airports for the First Group of Airports Concessionaire in Peru, spread across multiple geographic locations.
● Spearheaded initiatives to enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness, resulting in a 20% reduction in OPEX costs and a 10% increase in EBIDTA.
● Design a 5 year program worth $200 M to replace and rehabilitate airport infrastructure and MEP to impact a 15% wroth and increase incomes a 30%.
● Developed and implemented company strategies to directly impact the level of service in airports, positively affecting over 6 million people.
● Mentored and empowered a team of 41 professionals, fostering a results-driven culture and achieving significant company objectives.
● Managed the maintenance of 12 airports, impacting more than 6 million passengers annually.

● Managed the modification of contract requirements and scopes through 11 addenda, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Peru (MEF), to reduce risks and secure extensions without penalties.

Drainage and Basin improvement in Rambla Gallinera (Watercourse and dam). €35, 2M. Promoter ACUAMED (State-Owned Company).

● Redesigned projects, reducing costs by 20% and ensuring client satisfaction.

● Delivered the constructing and commissioning a large dam project, facilitating water supply to both Puertollano City and the REPSOL Refinery (both acting as promoters) to total satisfaction.
● Reconstructed a concrete giga viaduct that had been previously involved in a fatal accident with strict procedures to ensure the quality and safety until completion on time and budget.
● Enforced safety and health policies on-site construction that were awarded by my company in 2006.
