* Troubleshooting of PLC based / Relay logic starters, Motor Control Center (MCC), DOL starters and Auto Star-Delta motor starters.
* Repairing and maintenance of Flameproof Motor Starters and equipment of hazardous classified locations.
* Troubleshooting of control wiring circuitry and replacement of faulty accessories.
* Preparing control wiring for HT & LT panels, Installation of Protective relays, Energy meter, Instrument transformer, Ampere and voltage meters, and selector switches.
* Preventive maintenance and checking of switchgears and protective relays of 11Kv/6.6Kv/415v switchgears i.e. VCB, ACB, MCCB and Thermal or Electronic protective relays.
* Maintenance of SUB-STATIONS, including In-door, Out-door and Kiosk Type Sub-Stations and their Overhauling of Transformers.
* H.T cable termination of indoor and outdoor cables.
* Troubleshooting of Overhead power transmission lines.
* Preventive checking and maintenance of Plant DC batteries.
* Maintenance of Battery Chargers and UPS.
* Testing of Protective relays and switchgears.
* Checking and testing of Motor control centers, Plant motors and Sub-stations.
* Provision of temporary Power supply for Turn around Jobs.
* Servicing and Oil replacement of the entrance bushing, Grid, and Electrodes of Electrical Desalters

• Current Injector set up to 240Amps for relay testing.
• Testing of Dielectric Strength of Transformer Oil.
• High Tension Megger for H.T cables insulation testing.
• Low Tension Megger up to 1000V for L.T Cables insulation testing.
• Testing of earth resistance through Digital Earth Tester.
• Digital Multi meter for the checking of Volt (AC/DC), Amperes and continuity.
• Clamp on Meter for current testing.
