• Supervise activities of all workers and assign tasks based on an
individual’s skills.
• Manages receipt, inspecting, and stocking products.

Supervising all daily activities in the warehouse and local & foreign purchases(order processing/entry), full control of all incoming outgoing shipments, Receiving & dispatch of customer supplied Products, Keeping and ordering inventory stock depending on the forecasted consumption, Controlling all transactions (ERP system) regard to warehouse and procurement, Collecting necessary offers for material purchasing, Controlling of stock and maintain all the records associated with the purchasing flow, Close Follow up from Requisition of Material up to customer delivery, handling all logistics of material from source to customer site, establish an approved vendors list (AVL), Vendor evaluation & Selection & maintained updated list of approved vendors.
Count, weigh or measure items of incoming shipments in order to verify information
against invoices, orders, bills of lading or other records, Record shortages and reject
damaged items, Route items to various departments, Examine incoming shipments to
ensure they meet specifications, Check in inbound inventory and administer the
processing, Trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
