Oversee construction management, facility management, handover processes, project development, and
property management across 4 horizontal communities in Abu Dhabi—Hills Abu Dhabi, Hydra Village,
Seashore Villas, and Al Qurm Gardens—as well as 11 towers at City of Light in Reem Island. Manage all aspects
of Owners Association (OA) operations for developments spanning a total built-up area of over 1.2 million
square feet.
