The major responsibilities for Rafat as a project manager are:

• Manage and control the company projects (with budget around 15-45 million) from initiation stage and ending with closing and delivering stage including planing, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define the project life cycle based on the life span given by stakeholders.
• Clarify the project communication plan between the company at each project in order to ensure the quality features and specifications required by the stakeholders.
• Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) using Microsoft project 2010 and submit status reports to decision makers which contain project Gantt chart and project networks for each project to show the critical path, slack time, dependencies between activities, …..etc) in order to ensure the quality of work within the specified timespan and budget.
• Estimate the resources (people and equipment) needed to achieve projects goals.
• Submit budget proposals.
• Assess the potential risks that may face the company projects by providing decision tree diagram in order to show the probability of occurrence of any problem or uncertainty during the implementation and provide adequate information for each project such as Risk Breakdown Structure and Risk Severity Matrix.
• Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party whether they were (contractors or consultants) in order to deliver projects according to plan resolving conflicts within the project team.
• Proactively define and manage the project scope and any changes regarding scope, establish project priorities and responsibility matrix according to resources allocated, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
• Submit weekly and monthly status reports showing the progress of development at each project
