Responsible for sales of fuel, cement, transportation, asphalt and cold storage trucks.
Effectively handled the sales and distribution of cement, silica fume, fly ash, gypsum powder & boards & concrete pump spare parts to the concrete batching plants, precast, tiles & block factories as well as through traders. Developed relations with the major Project Consultants like M/S Dar-al-Handasa and M/S Saud Consult for effective sales strategy.
•Instrumental in dealing with 6 Cement factories for all negotiations and distribution of cement besides the Exporters of Microsilica; FlyAsh; Slag cement and Gypsum Board from India, UAE, China and Norway.
•Leveraged skills and ability in executing the project management of Airports, Damn, Universities & New cities built in KSA.
•Leading a team of 20 members for managing sales & business development in Western & Southern regions of Saudi Arabia.

Accomplishments:
•Leading a team of 30 members for managing sales & business development in eastern India comprising of W. Bengal; Orissa; Bihar; Sikkim & whole of north-eastern states (total 7 states in north-east) besides the neighbouring countries of Bhutan; Nepal & Bangladesh.
•Sales achievement of 100 million increased to 140 million between 1995-1999 which was a 40% growth in 4 years (the figures are in Indian Rupees).
•WB State Road Transport was the biggest consumer of Pre-treads and was initiated and maintained satisfactorily during this tenure.
•Was able to launch ‘the Pre-treads’ which was a new concept then, in the markets of North Eastern States besides consolidating the sales through franchisee network in Bangladesh. The distribution was- manufacturing unit to warehouse to franchisee( the retreading plant ) to consumer. The comparison was always with the new tires but still was able to promote ‘Pretreads’ in the territory under me and snatch a 15% share from the new tire segment.
•An overall growth of 40% over 4 years period was achieved in the territory defined above.
•The major success over the new tires and other pretread manufacturers was achieved by opening many ‘collection points’ in every city to make it easy for customers to access the services. Every evening the tires collected during the day were transferred to the retreading plant.
Accomplishments:
•Leading a team of 5 members for managing sales & business development in Jabalpur; Satna; Katni; Rewa; Chatarpur; Shahdol; Raipur; Bilaspur; Ambikapur and Jagdalpur markets.
•During my handling this territory, the sales of one particular Truck tire- T-711 achieved highest ever volumes.
•Major clients- MP State Road Transport; Irrigation department and PWD from Institutional sales. Converted one dealer of Satna,
Responsible for sales of electronic photocopier, electronic typewriter and document shredding machine.
