• Dealt with staff disciplinary, grievance, performance, legal and negative settlement issues.
• Coordination with the legal department regarding staff legal cases.
• Coordination with the Country Audit Department regarding staff fraud and forgery cases.
• Drafting of letters (Show cause, personal inquiry, exoneration, warning, demotion & termination)
• Maintaining MIS (excel sheet) for staff disciplinary cases, staff fraud & forgery cases, staff negative settlement, staff grievances, terminated staff and yearly data for SBP Audit & Compliance.
• Coordination & Negotiation with the CBA regarding their Charter of Demand.
• Signing of agreement with the CBA regarding appraisals, allowances and fringe benefits of unionized staff.
